When are puppies weaned?

Puppies are generally weaned at about 1 to 1.5 months. Stronger puppies can wean around 1 month, while weaker ones should be delayed until they are stronger. A few days before weaning, feed a little softened milk cake or liquid food to avoid a sudden diet change.

After weaning, feed fully softened milk cake or puppy food. Once the puppy is over 3 months old, gradually switch to dry kibble.
