Turtle not eating but active, eyes won’t open, for half a year

A turtle’s white-eye disease that will not heal may be from incomplete treatment. Use medicated baths and dry-docking; keep it dry and bath in 30 mg/L erythromycin or nitrofurazone 30 to 50 minutes daily for about a week.

Severe cases need systemic antibiotics and pus drainage.
