Hello. From the photo, the swelling and scabs at the eyes and mouth are mainly considered to come from a parasite infection leading to bacterial dermatitis. We suggest a vet visit for further diagnosis and treatment based on the results. If there’s a parasite infection, deworm the dog promptly.

Also, the inflammation needs to be cleared with oral anti-inflammatory medicine and topical antibiotic ointment.
