Generally a Mini Pinscher starts the first six-in-one vaccine at 45 days, the second 4 weeks later, the third 4 weeks after that, and rabies a week after the third. Then yearly six-in-one and rabies boosters.

Vaccinate only when healthy, and do not bathe during the period, since resistance is low and colds are easy.
