What happens if a British Blue cat eats cat litter?

A British Blue that eats cat litter easily gets gut discomfort with belly pain, vomiting and lost appetite. Many litters exist, like bentonite, crystal, tofu and pine; except tofu litter, the others are indigestible or hard to digest, so eating them can cause constipation, vomiting and sticky stool.

Tofu litter digests better but still should not be eaten much, so after catching a British Blue eating litter, watch its diet and stool, and take it to a vet if abnormal.
