Hello. From the photo, the hamster has an abdominal bulge, which may be caused by bacterial or fungal infection, skin cyst, or tumor; a skin tumor cannot be ruled out. In this case, take the hamster to a veterinary hospital promptly; if confirmed as a tumor, remove it surgically and treat according to its nature.

Before treatment, put a head cover on the hamster to prevent it from scratching or chewing the area.
