White sticky stool may be shed intestinal mucosa from enteritis, usually from gut inflammation. Causes include gut parasite infection, viral infection like panleukopenia or coronavirus, and acute or bacterial gastroenteritis.

First find the cause, ideally at a hospital. If not convenient, fast the cat half a day and observe, giving pet anti-inflammatory and probiotics; if no improvement, see a vet.
