Pet snakes need not be fed daily; every 3-5 days is fine, with amount by size. Small snakes eat earthworms and insects; larger ones can eat mice, frogs, ducklings, chicks and nestlings.
If possible, keep live food at home, or feed small fresh, bloody pieces of pork.
