Do puppies get carsick?

Puppies can get carsick too. When carsick they often vomit, have diarrhea, drool heavily, and look listless. If you notice these signs, stop somewhere safe and take the puppy out for fresh air.

Before a car trip, do not feed the puppy, just give it enough water. Also keep some dog-specific motion-sickness medicine in the car and a favorite toy to distract it, and drive with a window open to keep the air flowing.
