When Does a Pomeranian Start Recognizing Its Owner?

Pomeranians usually recognize their owner at about 3-4 months.

Spend time, play and feed it by hand to build the bond faster; once bonded it is very clingy and wags by your side.

Under 3 months the brain is undeveloped with poor memory, so bonding is hard; some bond only after 6 months.
