What is the Soft-coated Wheaten Terrier like?

The Soft-coated Wheaten Terrier is a medium breed with a long face, small erect ears, short sturdy body and thick legs, with a wheat or red-brown coat. It is smart, lively and friendly, great as a family pet, needing daily activity and training. It rarely has genetic disease but can get common issues like gut, skin and eye/ear infections, so groom well and keep good diet and exercise.
