Rabbits are herbivores; vegetables are watery, and excess causes indigestion, diarrhea and gastroenteritis, even dehydration or death if not stopped. Also, they need hay for vitamins and minerals, and too many greens causes pickiness and deficiency. So make hay the staple and give a little vegetable as a treat only.
If indigestion or diarrhea appears, stop greens and see a vet.
