2. For refusal from metabolic disorder, inject vitamin B12, 2-3 ml IM once daily for 3 days.

3. For refusal from sepsis, use a postpartum recovery injection at 0.2 ml/kg once daily for 2 days.

4. For refusal from postnatal infection, mix penicillin 400,000 IU with 2 ml dipyrone and inject IM twice daily for 2 days.
