Do cats have belly buttons?

Yes. A belly button is the scar left where the umbilical cord detached after birth, and kittens are born with a cord, so they have one too. It sits mid-belly, about 5 mm across, flat or slightly raised and smooth, and hidden under dense fur — you only notice it when the fur is shaved for spaying or an ultrasound.
