All-black dogs can be raised normally — the idea that they shouldn't be kept is just a folk superstition about the color and has no scientific basis. Their care is the same as dogs of any other color; the only difference is coat color. Many popular black breeds exist, such as the black Labrador and black Poodle, and plenty of people keep them.
