There are many causes of white-foam vomit; from this alone the cause can't be pinned down. Watch the dog's spirits — if good with no other signs, it may be extreme hunger, or eating too much or too fast, but a foreign object isn't ruled out. Feed if hungry to 70–80% full; give probiotics if indigestion. If vomiting persists or other signs appear, see a vet.

The limp is likely a paw-pad issue. Without a photo the exact problem is unclear; swelling could be trauma, a foreign object, infection, or inflammation. Check the foot; if spirits and appetite are fine, serious disease is less likely. Over-worn pads can also swell and cause limping.
