Ulcers and moist redness are usually from a skin disease; itching leads to over-scratching and sores, so use a collar. The photo shows dirty ears with broken wounds, likely ear mites or other mites. Clean the ears daily with ear solution and apply ear medication for 2–3 weeks, and deworm monthly for three months with selamectin or fipronil. For the skin sores, clip, rinse with peroxide, disinfect with iodine, then apply antibiotic ointment twice daily; if no improvement, see a vet.
