Skin lumps may be skin disease, cyst, fat, or tumor. In any case, see a vet promptly for abdominal exam; severe cases need ultrasound, bloodwork, full chemistry, and X-ray.
My cat has clear liquid at its mouth
Clear mouth liquid has many causes: just after vomiting (water mixed with airway/stomach mucus); bitter or irritating food/drugs triggering drooling; or stomatitis, mouth ulcers, or gingivitis. With nasal discharge too, a respiratory disease or choking while drinking is possible. Match the situation and see a vet if unsure.

From the photo, the dog likely has bacterial folliculitis, or possibly insect-bite or parasite-induced dermatitis.
