Samoyed abdominal pain has many causes; imaging shows an abnormal mass or enlarged organ, not yet identifiable - possibly pyometra, organ edema or tumor, pancreatitis. Only further tests give a definitive diagnosis; otherwise only pain and anti-inflammatory conservative care.
