Snoring can be normal: some short-muzzled breeds snore, and a poor sleeping position causes it too — fix the pose and it stops.

But snoring can also come from obesity, respiratory disease, narrow airways, or allergies — these are abnormal and need attention. If pathological, see a vet. Overweight dogs snore more, so help them slim down.
