Twitching with foaming and poor appetite may come from epilepsy, poisoning or distemper sequelae. Keep an epileptic dog calm; poisoning needs emergency care, possibly gastric lavage if caught early. Do not induce vomit once twitching starts; treat with fluids. Distemper sequelae needs antiviral, sedative and anti-inflammatory care.
