Poodles eating grapes or raisins may suffer digestive upset or poisoning. The high natural sugar can cause indigestion, diarrhea, and vomiting, and some components can damage the kidneys, even causing renal failure.

Blood in stool mainly suggests large-intestine bleeding from hemorrhagic enteritis, parasites or gut scratches. Hemorrhagic enteritis from bacteria shows blood on the surface or frank blood. Parasites like coccidia and Giardia cause end-of-stool blood or stubborn diarrhea; gut scratches from sharp objects like bones or metal cause severe bleeding with ulcer or perforation risk. See a vet promptly.

Based on your description it is not yet confirmed; diagnosis needs the antigen test plus blood work and clinical signs. Due to viral load differences, hospital PCR and strips have 80-85% accuracy, so with no clinical signs do a PCR nucleic-acid test for the most accurate confirmation.
