How can you tell a dog is sick?

A sick dog usually shows reduced appetite, listlessness, less activity, slow reactions, and fatigue. Digestive problems add arched-back pain, vomiting, diarrhea, and foul stool.

Respiratory infection brings coughing, runny nose, sneezing, and fever. If any such symptoms appear, take the dog to a vet promptly for diagnosis and treatment.
