My cat’s eyes are discharging pus

Pus from a cat’s eyes may be caused by conjunctivitis and keratitis, but the photo does not rule out corneal damage (there is some white tissue at the corner, though unclear). To avoid worsening infection that harms vision, take the cat to a vet for diagnosis and treatment.

If the case is mild, eye wash, eye drops, and antibiotics usually work. During treatment, put an Elizabethan collar on the cat to stop it from scratching its eyes.
