Is it okay to feed a Shiba Inu table rice?

It is not recommended to feed a Shiba Inu table rice. First, rice is mainly carbohydrates with single nutrition, unfavorable for development. If adding vegetables and meat, blanch them first to avoid heavy salt and seasoning that burden metabolism and cause shedding and severe tear stains.

Also, never add onions or garlic to the rice, to avoid hemolytic toxicity. Finally, rice is sticky and clings to the mouth and teeth, harming oral health, so brush the dog’s teeth daily.
