How to tell if a cat is healthy?

First, observe the eyes: a healthy cat has clear eyes with little discharge, and no tear stains, redness or excessive eye gunk. Next, watch its spirit; a responsive, fast-running cat is generally healthy. Also check the coat: a healthy cat has fluffy, smooth, glossy fur with no abnormal shedding, dandruff or lumps.

Finally, observe the stool; soft stool, overly hard stool or diarrhea means the cat is not normal.
