Purebred poodles have a small round head with a slightly protruding forehead and a muzzle slightly shorter than the skull; a slender muzzle felt under the coat. Almond eyes, large and black – too big or round is bad.
Ears are wide-set, round-tipped, long, hanging to the cheeks. Limbs are slender with small round paws and light bone but harmonious.
