How long until fur grows back on a dog’s burned skin?

After a burn scabs and falls off, new fur usually appears in about a month, but growth is slow and may take months to fully return. Note that a severe burn that damages the follicles will not regrow hair after healing. If the dog is burned, rinse the skin with cold water for at least 10 minutes right away, then apply ice; for serious or large burns, take it to a vet after first aid.
