At what age does a Bichon Frise become pretty?

A Bichon Frise becomes much prettier around 10 months of age. It usually grows a full coat around 6-8 months, and after several sheds the fur thickens while the face fills out and rounds.

By about 10 months the coat and body are basically set, and the dog looks much prettier than as a puppy. Its soft, fluffy coat needs regular daily care and grooming-salon visits to keep it looking good.
