Boredom with the feed is common; offer fresh, clean vegetables (no dew or surface water, no rotten ones—rotten veg causes diarrhea; if it happens, stop feeding and mix 2% charcoal or medical carbon into the feed). Or rethink a too-single diet and switch to mixed feed. Try cutting suitable veg into bits, softening crushed pellets in water, mixing, and offering small amounts—enough to test interest without waste; if eaten, slowly raise the amount and cut the veg until back to full feed.

Pellets exist for owner convenience, and their hardness helps wear teeth—but feed some hay too, or gut disease follows. Refusal can also mean dehydration, constipation, or illness; find the real cause and act on it.
