How long after giving birth is it good for a dog to bathe?

Bathe a dog about a month after giving birth. Right after whelping the uterus is open and resistance is low, so bathing easily causes vaginal infection; bathe only after one month when recovered, to lower risk. Although no bath in the first month, wipe the body with a warm towel, especially the genitals and around the mammary glands, to prevent infection.
