An adult Bichon sleeps over ten hours a day with no fixed schedule, dozing whenever possible. As a pet, it follows its owner’s routine – sleeping when the owner sleeps and waking when the owner wakes, and napping when alone. Although they sleep a lot, they are mostly in light sleep and wake easily, so a quiet resting place improves sleep quality.
