After an oral dewormer, a German Shepherd puppy can usually eat in about 1-2 hours; there is no strict rule.

Watch for passed worms; if seen, deworm again in 7 days until all parasites are gone.

After external deworming it can eat immediately, which does not affect efficacy, but do not bathe it soon after.
