A dog will not blame its owner after death. Once a dog has died it no longer has consciousness, so there is no question of blaming anyone. After death, the owner must dispose of the body properly. If it died naturally without infectious disease, deep burial is fine — dig a deep hole so other animals cannot dig it up.
