For a kitten with diarrhea, give an appropriate amount of pet probiotics to regulate the gut, and feed a light diet without strongly irritating or hard-to-digest food.

If probiotics do not help, it may be acute enteritis needing anti-inflammatory medicine. It could also be internal parasites or feline panleukopenia; if there is blood in the stool, low appetite, weight loss, or lethargy, take the kitten to a vet to confirm the cause before treatment.
