Will my cat die if it accidentally ate Xia Sang Ju granules?

A small amount of Xia Sang Ju granules will usually not kill a cat unless overdosed or the cat is allergic. Still, do not feed human medicine to a sick cat; take it to the vet. There are two main reasons against it.

First, although the granules are made from selfheal, mulberry leaf and chrysanthemum, even children under five should not take them, so a cat certainly should not. Second, a cat’s body differs from a human’s and feeding this can worsen its condition.
