A small amount of glutinous rice will not kill a dog. Its main component is starch and it is non-toxic, so a little does no real harm.
But eating a large amount at once easily causes indigestion, with bloating, vomiting, and abdominal pain, and in serious cases can lead to bowel disease that may be fatal if untreated. So avoid feeding glutinous rice; if the dog is bloated, massage its belly and give pet probiotics, and see a vet if severe.
