1. Water temperature

2. Swim-bladder disorder
If it stays tilted even when you straighten it, it’s likely swim-bladder disorder from overly rich feed causing fat to press the bladder and impair balance.
Fix: raise the temperature to speed metabolism and ease the disorder; also change feeding to avoid fat buildup.
3. Enteritis
If only some fish sink and go still, it’s likely enteritis from dirty or overfed food that ferments and infects the gut.
