Twitching can also come from parasites that make the skin itch. Unlike a dream, this itching shows day and night. Over-the-counter dewormer may not fix it, so see a vet for a proper check.
4 Muscle Spasm
A spasm is a telling sign, much like a human cramp. It is uncontrolled and painful; gently massage the spot for three to five minutes to ease it.
