Why Does My Cat Meow Around 2 AM and 5 AM?

A cat crying in the early morning may be cold or hungry and trying to get the owner’s attention. It may also feel scared or lonely at night, or be bored and want company. Frequent dawn crying can also be self-play or exercise. If the cat shows no other abnormal signs, it is usually not serious. To help it sleep longer at night, reduce its daytime sleep.
