Green eye discharge is purulent and sticky, hard to clear. In a Poodle it may come from eye inflammation or infection, or from ‘internal heat’. For heat, adjust the diet to light foods, give more water, and some vegetables and fruit.

Poodles infected with distemper virus also show purulent discharge; judge the cause from the dog’s other symptoms and give appropriate help.
