When does a Papillon’s ears stand up?

Purebred Papillons generally erect ears around 2 months; some stand later, which is normal and depends on growth speed. Non-pure ones may not erect at all.

Ears stand up over time, not at once. During this period add calcium and calcium-rich food to prevent delay from deficiency.
