What is the Yorkshire Terrier’s personality like?

The Yorkshire Terrier is lively and brave, very loyal to its owner and wary of strangers, but it does not randomly attack passersby and rarely harms people. Also, Yorkies are clingy and quite jealous.

If it sees the owner interacting with another dog, it may attack out of envy. Despite its small size, it never backs down in a fight. Finally, the Yorkie has strong territorial instincts.

If a stranger or other animal enters its territory, it will bark to warn them.
