What is a long-haired Corgi like?

A long-haired Corgi has very soft, fluffy fur that makes you want to reach out and touch it, but long fur tends to tangle, so it needs regular brushing and is not as easy to manage as a short-haired Corgi. In terms of personality, long-haired Corgis are quite lively and very friendly to people, and they like to stick to their owner, though they may occasionally play a prank or two.

If the owner spoils the dog, a Corgi may even start destroying the house. Finally, strictly speaking, the long-haired type is actually a disqualification in the breed standard and not from a very pure bloodline, and breeders generally do not deliberately breed long-haired Corgis, so they are difficult to find on the market.
