Rabbits are herbivores whose digestion suits plant fiber and other plant matter, not starch. Too much starch can cause gastrointestinal problems like indigestion, diarrhea and bloating. So normally provide plenty of hay, pellets and fresh vegetables rather than starchy foods like bread and rice.
