A rabbit with no water long term will die, because water is the source of life and normal metabolism needs it. Although rabbits should not eat very watery produce, they need 20 to 150 ml daily; 1 to 2 days without water causes dehydration, and over 3 days can be fatal.
Also, because the gut is sensitive, give cooled boiled or purified water, not straight tap water.
