Normal Pomeranian stool should be a moderately firm cylinder, yellow-brown or dark in color, smooth on the surface and passed easily. If the stool is soft and sticky to the ground when picked up, that is soft stool, likely from indigestion, and you can give probiotics to regulate the gut. If the stool is very dry and hard, shaped like little balls and hard to pass, the dog is constipated; add water, exercise, and a little banana or honey water to help.
If the feces are completely formless, it may be diarrhea from gastroenteritis, parasites or viral disease, and you should see a vet promptly.
