What do orioles eat?

Orioles eat insects and fruit. In nature they catch pear moths, caterpillars, and locusts; in captivity feed mealworms, lean pork, beef, and boiled egg yolk.

For vibrant feathers, add plant foods such as cabbage, lettuce, apples, watermelon, and bananas. Clean the food and water bowls before feeding to avoid spoilage and digestive issues.
