What are the differences between a white Teddy and a Bichon?

Although a white Teddy and a Bichon look alike, they actually differ a lot. First, the white Teddy is smarter and livelier, sheds little, has no body odor and stays clean; the Bichon is more darling and cute and clingier. In looks, the Teddy has a smaller, rounder head, and larger ears that hang down, while the Bichon has smaller ears usually hidden in its fur.

Finally, Bichons easily get tear stains and are harder to groom, while Teddies tend to mount during heat, which owners find embarrassing.
