No. Clownfish are saltwater fish, very sensitive to salinity; freshwater harms them and can be fatal. Prep seawater with aquarium salt per ratio, or collect seawater if handy. They like ~25°C, need light and stable water; a few acclimated individuals might tolerate freshwater.
